Professionalism
CEED- MASSHA is an association of professionals committed to the provision of quality education and establishment of participatory governance systems in secondary schools in partnership with all stakeholders in education. We are geared to equip our members with relevant skills, attitudes and knowledge to achieve the desired outcomes in the education system.
Integrity
CEED – MASSHA values integrity as the guiding principle in all our undertakings. As a grouping, will ensure that transparency and accountability prevail in all our management systems and programmes.
Equity
As an association we serve and treat all members and stakeholders fairly irrespective of their racial, gender, cultural, political, religious, ethnic or geographical backgrounds and affiliations according to National Education Sector Plan (NESP). We therefore condemn discrimination of any other nature.
Innovation
We advocate for creativity and imaginative solutions to encounter the challenges we face in our daily endeavors.
Collaboration
We are a united team drawn from the five districts of CEED committed to positive change in the management of secondary schools in CEED.
Partnership
CEED- MASSHA works with partners and all stakeholders whose objectives are geared towards promoting ways of improving quality education. We will proactively engage the corporate bodies, government institutions, Non- Governmental Organizations and International Aid Agencies in pursuit of our Vision and Mission.
Our Objectives
- To equip Head teachers with sound managerial skills to attract public trust.
- To promote skills of self- reliance in our schools.
- To prepare a child to be competent and productive Secondary School graduate.
- To instill innovative skills in both teachers and learners.

Source of funds for supporting the association
We have various ways of funding our association and some of them include the following:
- Financial contributions from member schools.
- Subscriptions of membership.
- Entrepreneuship.
- Donations from well-wishers.
